ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

OCTOBER 15, 2009

7:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W.

                        Abelson and Mark Mazur.

1.   The Board signed a Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement for a new

      clause 41A applicant.

2.   The Board signed a Web hosting agreement with Vision Appraisal

      Technology, Inc.

3.   The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2010 applications

      for exemptions for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel # 102-121         cl. 41C             granted

            Parcel # 122-16-21     cl. 41C             granted

4.   The Board reviewed and approved as amended a proposed budget for

      FY 2011.

7:30P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

7:40P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session.
